That took over theee hours without success. **The BLOCK is still on my phone despite the confirmation text I received this morning. **My name is Stephanie Luster*My phone number is ***.***.**** (Cell).**I’ve been receiving transfers to various phone numbers again this morning with extremely long wait times and nothing has been resolved. I’ve spent * hours and counting. I am still on hold as I type this message. **I need your help. I am currently at a professional conference and need services immediately! I am sooooo very disappointed and irate. **I am contacting you from a colleague’s phone and don’t know her cell number.**My IMEI * is ** ****** ****** **Serial * is C**QN*MFGRXG*Account PIN: is ******There is no WiFi access at this event, so I don’t know how effective sending an email will be.
