There is always an issue with the app and frankly the service is not very good. I’ve had more problems with this phone company and the phone (iPhone *)then I’ve had with any other and if you want to change the due date it’s a long process and your charged twice in one month that is stupid !! if I would have known this was going to be so hectic I would not have changed it. I’m not a happy person I work hard pay my bills on time I shouldn’t have to throw out money like that for a bill I just paid .I will NOT recommend anyone to get a phone and plan through T-Mobile. I don’t want to have this phone company or plan anymore I was told I could stop it there’s no contract but every time I go to talk to one of them at the store they don’t want to do it well I say that’s bad for business and not very loyal to your customers. I’m over the top unhappy. I’m not going to pay out another dime. I want this fix. Nothing but lies from your sales associates. I prefer to speak with someone who has the authority to help me cause this is total b.s
