A worker at the Swansea MA location a David Swansea was the worker who got me into a issue with my past carrier Verizon. I swapped over to you guys using the Veterans deal you guys have and was told by your worker that my line and my wife’s line would be paid off by T-mobile. Well come to find out Mr. Swansea only put through the pay off for me, and not my wife. I have been in the store near me (*) times and I keep being told the District Manger will call me and I keep getting blown off and no call. The workers in the store refuse to give me the district managers last name but his first name is Dan. I have waisted my time coming in multiple times and it’s complete bull ****. All I want is my Verizon cancellation paid off that you guys were supposed to do in the first place.
