Hello,*I ordered TWO pay-as-you go sim cards from t-mobile ( ORDER NUMBER: CTMYI*LPP***** ) . They charged me $** on July **. Few days later I received only ONE sim card.*I called them at least * times each time spending between *.* hour to * hours on the phone talking to at least ** people in total. They had made a mistake with my order badly. They could not figure out what the issue was and they just passed me around. On he *th call, I even talked to a supervisor called Lisa B (*******) for two hours until she realized what the problem was and she promised to call me back and fix the problem that she never did.**Because I did not hear back and could not solve the issue over the phone or online, and I had to switch from my previous carrier before being charged another month. I went to a store and they said I had to buy two new sim cards and activate new plans. I did buy new sim cards and activated new plans.**I called t-mobile to get refunded for the previous sim-card orders that did not work. After again two hours on the phone they just told me that they can refund $**. I told them that it was your fault and mistake. They do not listen. It is practically stealing, selling something that does not work and not refunding it.**At this stage it is more than the monetary value that I am angry with. I am angry with the way I was treated with the worst customer service ever. Many agent give you their ID number but you can not find them again.**I have spent more than ** hours in total with the worst carrier ever and got nowhere. Please let me know where and how I can complain. I can not even find a complaint line or message system at t-mobile.**I will switch to a new carrier (sprint) before the end of this cycle and will never go back to t-mobile. Really really bad service with no respect for the time and money of the customers. **Thank you,
