I was approved for * lines. I got the moto, but couldn't hear, I jumped to LG k**. Then the screen cracked, I mailed the phone back and got no response, nothing but transferred from person to person. I finally went into a store seeing how I'm running from a violent husband, where I was told my service had been suspended, because I hadn't paid the bilk. I paid the $** fee when I sent the phone back, and had to buy a prepaid phone to use until I got my phone.. I am in the process of retaining an attorney, because I am alone in the world and I have a * year old son. I paid insurance and did my part, now I have no address but I want thus fixed . If something happens to me or my son because of some stupid loophole, our blood is on your hands. Sincerely, Jennifer Geiger
