t mobile send me a bill **** $ for *** mb that my wife used overseas for * days only eventhough she was using wifi signal.i been contacting cus care for days and hours but they told me that they only can lower the price by *** off .i decided to go to a tmobile store and i spoke to the manager after he contacted his boss was able to cut down the price to *** but he found out that there is a note left on my case from the first manager from cus care that he needs to contact her first.after calling her she refused to do the deal that he got me and she says that she working on my case and i was not suppose to call or deal with another person .and she told me over the phone there is no way u can get that deal .the only deal is the one she gave me earlier *** off.pls i need help with this i cant afford this bill any recomendations.
