I purchased a prepaid T-Mobile connection good for two months ( paid $** x * plus taxes) . It was purchased on **th May & was suppose to be active till **th July . Unfortunately, it has stopped yesterday with a voice message asking to add more funds for the no. to be active. Kindly advice .
I trust that T-Mobile will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
