The issue in GetHuman-catuccy's own words
I have been a customer of t *Mobile starting with Omnipoint in ****. I have an LG K * phone and have been having issues with it for the past few months. While working on the phone with tech support **** of my pictures were deleted. I was to go into my phone and look in folders they had to be there. They were not. In calling t Mobile yesterday I was told that they were accidentally deleted. They know say I need to buy a new phone. They told me about the LG K ** which is listed at $***.** and they would allow me a $** credit. So my time wasted with hours on the phone with techs and then to be told the phone is no good. I think after almost ** years with a company the customer should be treated better than this. I guess that is why people go from company to company. So the customer should be loyal but the carrier. Apparently the company fees they can be replaced by a new customer who gets better deals. I have spent hours on the phone with technical support with storage issues to know be told months *later its probably the phone. This has been a total waste of my time. I would like to be compensated for my time and effort. Hasn't ** years being with your company earned me anything more and the loss of **** pictures. *Thank you,*Ron Catuccy* ***-***-****
