Good morning, I drop my phone in water on June *. I called on June * to customer service I was told I need it to follow my claim in my T-mobile account, but I forgot my password and I have been trying to re-set it, but I haven't been able to do it because I need to have a new app. the only way I can communicate is true email. On June * I called a friend from facebook messenger then she use her husband phone to call T-mobile customer service, and they weren't able to help me either.* On Friday I went to a T-mobile store I was there for almost * hrs and my problem wasn't able to get resolve -either. You might be able to see the notes. my * ***-***-*****This experience is been a night mare I just can't believe is no one person from T-mobile to solve my problem I have been with T-mobile since **** I just hope you can help me.
