I called into the call center today (Wichita) and spoke with Kathy. I’m a disabled veteran and wanted to check on some billing information. She was the most sarcastic condescending customer service representative I’ve talked to in quite some time. I cannot help that I’m on a fixed income and even though I’ve been behind on my bill lately, I always pay. I’ll put it this way, if she spoke to her mother the way she did me, she would probably be in big trouble. I will never call the call center again unless the store tells me I have no choice. I really hope that call was recorded. At first I thought she was being polite and helpful then it beacame clear she was tired of getting a call like mine and treated me like I was ignorant and stupid. T-mobile, you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this type of culture to run rampant in your company.(similar experiences with your call center in the past).
