Account number *********, account name Salima Merchant.*I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and had the worse customer service experience when I tried to unlock the phones. On ******** I spoke with Jasmine, she said I have to go to best buy where I bought the phones. Best Buy said we do not lock the phones, it was T-Mobile who locked it, they would unlock it. Later I spoke with Odessa and another Jasmine person. No one was able to help me. I hope I do not have to go on social media and share my worse experience with my friends, family and corporate friends at work.**Also, I put a block on international callings from my lines, however I saw multiple charges for international calls on my account in the last * months.**Additionally, I was very disappointed with the T-Mobile fraud department. I opened a ticket with fraud department because my ex-husband used my social without my permission to get his line ***-***-**** re activated and I am yet to hear back from the fraud department. ** business days are long gone but no response yet.

GetHuman-salima_m did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
