Good morning.**I’m from Brazil and I’m mailing you to talk about a situation.**I bought * iPhone X (unlocked) in Las Vegas at “Apple Fashion Store” last December, then I came back to Brazil. * months later one of these phones just stopped working. No internet, no phone calls, no texts, only WiFi. So I contacted Apple Support to see what was happening and they told me my phone was blocked by T-Mobile! They said it was reported as stolen or lost. But I didn’t buy the phones with a T-Mobile SIM Card. I bought them UNLOCKED. the other phone is working good, with no problem. I don’t know what is happening. Maybe a person could’ve called T-Mobile to report a lost phone and set the wrong IMEI (my IMEI) to block it.**I’m in Brazil now, so I can’t go to Vegas T-Mobile store to solve the problem and there are no T-Mobile stores here. I’m sending the invoice with the information about the phone. The IMEI is ***************. I hope you can help me with this situation. Thanks anyway.
