I am Charles Williams **** THIS LETTER IS IN REFERENCE TO CARD ENDING IN ******AND **** *MY SAM'S CLUB CARD ENDING IN ****, WAS ABUSED, CHARGES MADE ON THE CARD NOT BY ME, A NEW CARD WAS MAILED TO ME I SENT A LETTER TO EXPLAINING THAT I WOULD NOT ACTIVATE THE NEW CARD UNTIL THE INVESTIGATION WAS FINISHED CLAIM NUMBER * ************* THE LAST REPORT I RECEIVED SAID THE INVESTIGATION WAS STILL GOING ON, I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL DATED OCTOBER ** WITH A BALANCE TO THE NEW CARD ENDING IN ****, AS I SAID I NEVER ACTIVATED THE CARD A MADE NO PURCHASES AMOUNTING TO *,***.** I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED AND THE CUT OFF * TIMES TO NIGHT, THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT, BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL, AS A RESULT OF THIS ABUSE I AM CANCELING MY SAM'S CLUB MEMBERSHIP EFFECTIVE ******** AND RETURNING THE NEW SAM'S CARD SENT TO ME IN SEPTEMBER, AS I RECEIVED IT IS NOT ACTIVATED.
