I am Pamela Chappell-Gregory card number:****************. When it first started I was required to pay $**.**. I've been paying $**.**. This month I paid $**.**. Your machine or electronic caller keep saying I haven't made any payments, that I need to pay $***.**. I want an investigation. This boarders harrassment and it's embarrassing. Your phone system ***** I've been hung up on three times. When speaking with an agent. It's as if I haven't said anything. It's just repeated thay I need to pay $***.**. Then there is the issue of trying to get you online. It doesn't work either. *You couldn't find a person more Thankful for CareCredit than I, but this doesn't give anyone the right to be harassed when I'm maming payments to the best of my ability* especially since you guys keep rasing the payment and claim I'm not paying. Explain to a court how it went from $**.** to $***.** a month for a payment.
