On ****** I paid off the balance of my June statement of $****.**. It was posted on ****** and on ******* was taken off. My bank said the money definitely was transferred to Synchrony. I have called * times. The first time the supervisor declined to talk with me the clerk said it would take * days to straighten out. I called in * days and did get supervisor Lynne who told me it would be * more days. I called in * days, problem still not corrected. Talked with supervisor, Tiffany and was told it would be * more days. Meanwhile they declined my card because I was over the limit. They will say anything to get you off the line and then forget about doing anything. I am filing a complaint with the Office of Comptroller of Federal Banks. A little common sense here. If anyone was fraudulently putting something on my account would they pay off my June statement?
I trust that Synchrony Bank will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
