I have some Swagbucks I would like to redeem for virtual Visa cards to buy various items, including food. However, I am encountering issues with the account verification process. I prefer to verify through text due to time constraints, but I keep receiving a message that says I've exceeded validation attempts. Since this is my only phone number, I do not understand why it is not working. Having to wait for a postcard will only delay the process further. I've been attempting to verify my account to redeem my Swagbucks for a gift card. The system is asking for a pin number for verification, claiming it was sent to the address I provided. However, I opened my account in [redacted], and it still lists my old address without allowing me to update it. I've seen that some users were able to receive the pin via text, but I wasn't given this option as I never provided my cell phone number to Swagbucks. I tried reaching out for support twice, but haven't received a resolution yet.

I am experiencing issues receiving my $25 PayPal payment due to a problem with verifying my phone number. The system is stating that my phone number belongs to another Swagbucks member, which is actually me under my maiden name and an old account I unknowingly still had. I deleted the duplicate account, but I'm unable to verify my phone number. This is very frustrating, and I feel at a loss for solutions. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. The inability to change my phone number is causing me great distress. It seems unreasonable that a simple verification process cannot be sorted out directly by calling.

Hello, I mistakenly input the wrong email address when signing up for Swagbucks. Although I provided the correct phone number, I can't fully utilize my new account due to verification issues. I had to create a new account with the right email address. However, I'm now stuck because any action requiring verification texts is linked to my incorrect first account. When I try to update or delete the first account, it insists on sending a verification email to the wrong address, which is no use to me. The correct email and phone number for my active account are [redacted] and [redacted]. The incorrect account uses the same phone number with the email [redacted] I need assistance in deleting the incorrect account to avoid further hindrances using my correct account effectively. I have encountered issues with my Swagbucks purchases not being recorded accurately despite having the Swagbucks button activated with a green checkmark. This problem occurs frequently, and I am frustrated with the inconsistency in customer service responses. On occasions, I have dealt with rude representatives who question my purchases even after providing trip IDs and proof of purchase. It often takes numerous emails back and forth before receiving the proper credit. However, there have been instances where a courteous and efficient representative resolved my issue promptly. I am tired of having to contact customer service every time I use the website and make a purchase expecting proper credit. It is essential to address this recurring problem promptly as it is becoming increasingly exasperating.

I'm wondering why I keep getting prompted to verify my email address. I've been using the same email for the past 11 years without any issues, including with my Swagbucks account. When I try to input my address, it doesn't accept it and suggests changing it. I want to keep my current email address. I no longer have a cell phone, so I need guidance on how to redeem my Swagbucks without a mobile device. The survey experience has been frustrating - I'm told I qualify, but then after answering questions, I'm suddenly disqualified. It feels like you're trying to gather my information for unknown reasons, and it's becoming quite frustrating.

When trying to finalize my Nutrisystem order with the 40% off promo, I encountered an issue with verifying my account through phone validation. Despite following the format for the phone number input, I received a message stating that the verification failed, and I had exceeded the allowed number of attempts. Unfortunately, the system did not provide any contact information for customer service, leaving me stranded. Moreover, the phone number format on the page did not allow for hyphens, making it challenging to input correctly. This led me to frustration as I attempted multiple times to verify my account without success.

Dear Swagbucks, I am starting to lose hope in the website because whenever I visit a new website and activate the points, they do not show up in my point balance. Today, I should have 6,[redacted] points after activating 5,[redacted] for signing into Xfinity to watch the fox women's soccer game. However, the SB points receipt shows that nothing is pending. I suspect fraudulent activity and find this unacceptable. Please rectify this issue, or you will lose a valuable customer. If needed, I will cash out my points before leaving the site for good. I will also advise others not to waste their time on your site. I have been patient, but my frustration is growing.

I've had a Swagbucks account for nearly a year now. Recently, my phone number changed, and I also lost access to the email linked to my Swagbucks account. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to recover that email. I have accumulated almost $15 in rewards on my Swagbucks account, and I can't afford to lose them at the moment. It would be greatly appreciated if those points could be transferred to my new Swagbucks account.

I recently purchased the correct SiriusXM package through an offer in the Discovery section. I reached out to the help center to make sure everything was properly tracked for the promised credit. Unfortunately, I was informed that none of this was being processed as expected. I spent $8 on the SiriusXM package in exchange for [redacted] Swagbucks in 32 days, and now I feel disappointed by the outcome. In addition, I have initiated a trial subscription for CBS's online streaming service and placed an order with Eaze Wellness CBD through one of Swagbucks' partners found on the Discovery page. I've been using Swagbucks for years with no issue until my phone was stolen recently. I was waiting for a postcard with a code to access my account, but it never arrived. The other night, I completed a survey that lasted over an hour. Everything went smoothly until I reached the end and had just one module left to finish to claim my [redacted] Swagbucks reward. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where I was locked out of the survey. When I tried to refresh the page, I was kicked out after a long search. I firmly believe this is unfair because I was right at the end of the survey providing my best answers, only to be locked out, resulting in you benefiting from my free responses without fulfilling the reward promise. I earned $47.26 from surveys and watching videos. Can I cash it out in a few days with Swagbucks for an affordable income? I attempted to enroll in $50 Paypal payments three times but was unsuccessful due to being a Canadian resident. I've seen that Canadians can join and get paid on Swagbucks. I hope to make enough money to support myself legitimately. Can I still get paid for my work even if points are removed at certain times each month? I prefer Direct Deposit over gift cards. I attempted to verify my account using my TextNow number, but it was not accepted. I then tried using my significant other's phone number. After receiving the PIN, it was deemed invalid. There was a delay as my SO was at work during this process. Subsequently, the system indicated that I had made too many attempts and locked me out. I am seeking assistance in either getting the original PIN accepted or the ability to request a new one. I require access to purchase my child's Halloween costume using the gift cards.
