I noticed from the description that it seems like you need to make a purchase first, and then receive the card for a second purchase after 10 days. Can you confirm if I understood this correctly? I currently do not have the funds available to receive an immediate response. I recently received an email stating that my $25 gift card was available. However, upon checking my Digital Wallet, I discovered an old card with $10 that was already used and had a balance of $0. Where is my $25 gift card? I created an account with the email [redacted], but I couldn't remember my login details when I tried to access it recently. So, I decided to open a new account under [redacted] However, when I tried to verify this new account, it mentioned my phone number was linked to another account. After managing to access my original account, I decided to keep the new kuriousgeorge account and delete the heatherkandrews account. I successfully deleted the heatherkandrews account, but the issue remains with the phone number association. Is there a way to resolve this problem?

I am attempting to redeem points for PayPal cash. After clicking redeem, I received a message stating my account needs verification. I believe this can be done through email. However, I was informed that I must provide my banking details to verify my account. I currently do not have a bank account. I typically use PayPal, NetSpend, and Bluebird for bill payments. Is it possible to verify my account using one of these cards? How can I proceed with the verification process without having a bank account?

I recently downloaded apps like EntertaiNow and Sportly on my phone to earn Swag Bucks by watching videos. However, I encountered an issue where the apps abruptly stopped playing videos and displayed a message saying "this app is no longer supported." Subsequently, I am unable to access these apps now. This situation is perplexing since the apps were functioning correctly just minutes ago, and my phone is relatively new. I suspect there might be a glitch or bug causing this problem. Swagbucks' other apps seem to be experiencing issues. The apps that allow users to watch videos and earn SB are currently not supported. For example, EntertaiNow and Sportly are not letting me log in. They keep stating that they are not supported, which is confusing as they were working fine recently. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. Please ensure that EntertaiNow and Sportly allow users to log in and watch their videos as before.

Some time ago, I attempted to use Swagbucks and downloaded the app but exited because of unanswered security questions. I forgot about it until recently. Upon downloading the app again, Swagbucks notified me that there was already an account under [redacted] Despite requesting a password reset numerous times, I never received it (and I checked all folders). The same issue occurred when I used [redacted] Lastly, I created a new email and tried to log in with the same outcome. On 12/11/19, my 16-year-old completed a 45-minute survey regarding our TV service. Despite finishing at 11:53 a.m., the promised [redacted] Swagbucks were not credited to my account. Hello, I was a big fan of Swagbucks, giving it a 5-star rating, until I encountered an issue. Unfortunately, I lost the phone I initially used to create my account and no longer have access to that phone number. I have been unable to update my new phone number in the account settings. I paid for my car insurance with `Compare the Market` through your website on 01/03/[redacted], expecting [redacted] points, which didn't show in my pending points. Following a live chat with Jezz on 10/03/[redacted], she acknowledged my purchase and assured me she'd add the points to my account. However, they haven't shown up yet, even after the 32-day waiting period Jezz mentioned. Additionally, on 01/04/[redacted], I bought home insurance through the same site, anticipating [redacted] points that are also missing from my account. After depositing and playing £10 with `Betfair`, supposed to earn [redacted] points per your offer, I contacted `live chat` and spoke to Joanna on 22/04/[redacted] to address the missing points. It has been nearly 4 weeks since our conversation, and the points are still not in my pending account. The inconsistency in points appearing in the pending column on purchases is concerning.
