This is my second appeal for help with an issue that dates back to July **.*I have been a part of swagbucks since the first year. My lifetime swagbucks total ***, *** – the majority of which I used purchase gift cards. I am not new to the redemption process. *In July I ordered two amazon gift cards ********* ($*) and ******** ($**). The purchase did not go through and the swagbucks were finally refunded.*On September **, I again ordered two amazon gift cards ******** ($**) and ******** ($*). I have opened tickets – ******* – to no avail. These swagbucks were never refunded to my account. At the time of purchase I was not able to verify my gift card purchased. NO EMAIL from swagbucks although I did attach a screen shot for the two purchase.*On September **, I received an email advising me that I could view my gift card orders by “hovering over account profile, click on gift cards, and click on resend email. I did exactly as directed and received a “email was sent” message. NO EMAIL was received.*Yesterday I went into Settings and tried to reset security question. Again I received a message that an email was sent. NO EMAIL was received.*SO I AM CERTAIN THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU HAVE LISTED !!! *My email address is *****@***.com*Please check this at your end and advise.
