I did not get credit for an offer completed. I waited the seven days and contacted customer service. They made me give them screenshots then responded with a generic copy and paste answer that was not relevant to my query. Also according to the terms on the swagbucks offer itself if I followed that copy and paste response I will not be awarded SB as I will have exceeded the two week grace period to investigate the credit.
There is no number you have to email back and forth and the agents don't even bother to look into the issue. They make you do all these extra steps just to give you a generic response that is irrelevant to the issue.
I want my credit plus extra for my trouble $** should cover my time and effort wasted interacting with customer service employees who don't want to do their jobs. I should get paid per hour that I have had to deal with this because customer service does not know how to customer service. I also do not want to be hassled in the future if I should decide to continue to use Swagbucks after this debacle.
I actually use the offers I sign up for and only sign-up for things I have a genuine interest in. I am always telling people how awesome and easy the site is but this experience has been so frustrating I do not feel the same way anymore.
I started a new ticket informing Swagbucks that the first ticket was not properly handled. Other than that because they do not have an actual customer service there is nothing else that I can do short of ending any future business with this site.
