This is my *th attempt today to contact Survey Monkey for assistance that is needed asap - please help.**We are in need of data from a particular survey and was wondering if it is possible to access that data for a leadership meeting later today? There is a great sense of urgency around receiving the data, and importance of having it available at the leadership meeting for decision making.**Due to a shift in resources and responsibilities, the invoice for the UPMC subscription to Survey Monkey has not yet been paid and our account is currently semi-disabled. We are able to view survey data, but cannot export to Excel.**As a long standing customer with Survey Monkey, and with our full intention of renewing our subscription, I am requesting help with gaining access to the survey data. (Survey name is “Reimagining the Experience: Session *”)
