I have have suddenlink for going over a year and I started my plan with a special offered through altice one and I have unlimited internet, cable with * regular $**.** boxes and * $**.** dvr box my service took about * months to complete due to the fact that every technician that came out didnt complete the job they were sent out to do and they hadnt given the $** regualr boxes until the *rd month of installment even though I had been charged the entire time for the $** boxes instead of the small free boxes and my cable & internet bill wasnt supposed to run over $***.** something and I was getting charged $***.** and more.....then more issues started to arise along with only having cable & internet maybe every other week out of the month and when we would call for someone to send a technician they would try and charge my mother a ridiculous amount for them to come out when it should be free because it was not our fault that the technicians that had come out before had not done their job professionally or even adequately and wanted to put a service charge of $** to $** and still not show up even though we were home everytime and had phone reminder to remind us when a technician was supposed to be on their way....needless to say maybe about **% of the time a technician would show up unaware of the job they were sent to do and unprepared with the correct equipment and we have had major problems since including not a single full month without having any cable or internet interruptions...when we've had multiple problems, disconnections every month along with service shut offs before our bills was even do for months and months at a time!!!! Never Been reimbursed for any of our over charged bills along with all of the service interruptions and all of the money we have lost along or any personal and emotion damage we had to go though because our internet if one is our main services to communicate to the outside world through textnow so when we don't have any other way to call anyone in a family emergency, crisis, or upcoming doctor appts. Which my mother has to have multiple doctor appts. Do to her major appoints., some of them are life threatening with could cause her more life threatening health problems and something needs to be done immediately about these reoccurring problems or I will have no other choice then to call my lawyer to get these issues resolved once and for all because once again its my cable and internet services have been disconnected once again on October *nd at *:** a.m, **** when our bill isn't even dye until October **th, **** and along with the New DVR BOX that we continue to pay for that one of the technicians had taken my old DVR BOX and replaced my box with a non- working DVR box and need this issue resolved asap or further action from my lawyer will be taken against suddenlink and altice one please contact Amanda Harper so we can resolve these issues civilized asap at ****-***-**** Thank you.
