I've received mail and email asking me to complete a survey about our recent Forester purchase.**I replied to this survey a few days ago. I had more concerns about the survey instrument itself than about the Subaru dealer. **A standard *-point scale for a survey is typically: Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, Excellent (or Exceptional). This survey used: Poor, Not defined, Very Good, Not defined, Exceptional. I can only surmise that this unusual scale was used to bias results and gain dealers favorable assessments. ("**% of Customers rated XYZ Subaru Very Good or better.") I found this to be deceitful, reflecting poorly on Subaru.*I provided this same feedback in the survey itself, but I'm doubtful that it will be sent on to someone who might care.
GetHuman-panunse did not yet indicate what Subaru should do to make this right.
