Hello, I had a hair appt scheduled for ******** at **:**am on StyleSeat. I cancelled the appt around **:**am on ********. Upon cancellation I was notified that my card used to make the reservation would be charged $**.**, **% of the service because of a late cancellation. I understand it says on the website that cancellations not made within ** before the appt would be subject to a cancellation fee, however I canceled more than **hrs before my appt...so why am I still being charged a fee? Less than **hrs before the appt would have been anytime after **:**am on ********. I do understand that ******** is the business day before but that’s not what the policy says, it clearly says you must cancel **hrs in advance, which I did. Is there any way to stop this charge from my account? Thank you.
