I recently refilled my service with Straight Talk. During this process, I requested assistance from a representative to separate my account from my ex-boyfriend, William Combs. The representative assured me that I was removed from his account and helped me set up my own. However, after a few days, my ex-boyfriend encountered issues with his account and called customer service. Subsequently, my service was cancelled, and now I am unable to use my phone or access my Samsung account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I lost my SIM card a few weeks ago. I visited the Glo office for a replacement. I had my affidavit with a court stamp, my NIN as ID, a passport, and paid [redacted] for the process. They gave me a form to fill with all my details. During registration, my face didn't match initially, but they confirmed I was the owner. I've used this SIM for years until it was stolen. Now, after getting a new SIM last week, it's still not working. I returned to the office and had to re-register, but the SIM is still inactive. This line is crucial to me.

I am having trouble accessing the Straight Talk login page to get my account number for a transfer. I am having difficulty making calls from my phone. When I try to dial out, it immediately ends the call. I can receive calls without any issue. I've spent several hours online with representatives trying to resolve this problem. The agents have been kind and patient. Despite the thorough efforts, the last agent was unable to fix the problem and escalated it to the next level. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected while waiting. I hope to continue where we left off without having to repeat the whole process. The automated system was unable to successfully resolve my issue of being unable to make outgoing calls. This is crucial for me as my husband, who has Parkinson's, and I rely on the phone for assistance. I don't have extended periods to wait on hold. My phone has been continuously activated and then deactivated by the service provider. I made the payment on June 7th, and after it worked for only two days, it was deactivated. It took an additional two days to have it back on, but then, with the recommended SIM card, it was shut off after a day’s usage. I have been encountering this issue for about a month and a half now, and I would appreciate it if it gets resolved promptly. The SIM card in use is from AT&T, as it came with the phone, and the IMEI matches with Verizon, although the phone is unlocked. It's confusing why the AT&T SIM card was activated with a locked Verizon phone initially. It would be great if the customer service representatives could align on the resolution process to avoid these interruptions. Last week, my husband switched from Verizon to Straight Talk, but he's facing issues with service activation. We were promised it would be active on the same day within 3 hours. After five days of seeking help and troubleshooting, my number got sent to Verizon, which has now blocked my calls as they don't have an account for me. Despite us being on separate plans, Verizon confirmed his number is suspended until July 11. He needs a temporary number for work travel. Now, both of us are without service. Surprisingly, even my Straight Talk account is blocked, though my plan is current for the next 45 days.

I purchased a $55 plan at Walmart that was recommended to me by an employee. I recently switched phone numbers to a different service provider at the beginning of this month, August. I notified customer service through email about this change. Today, I received an email indicating that my payment has been processed for this month. I no longer wish to continue with Straight Talk service and do not want to make the monthly payment. I departed the US in early June and have not utilized your services since then. However, your company continues to charge my credit card. How can I prevent this from occurring? The most recent refill was on May 11th, and I received the receipt via email. Following that, I did not receive further receipts. Despite not refilling, my credit card company alerted me to charges for June, July, and August. As I have been in Japan since May, the card activity in the US was flagged as suspicious. I recently visited Walmart to purchase a phone card. Upon returning home, I tried multiple times to activate the card in my phone without success. I realized I had purchased the wrong card as it seemed someone had placed it in the incorrect location on the rack. When I returned to Walmart with the card, they were unwilling to assist me, resulting in a loss of $33.30. I plan to speak to the manager tomorrow to resolve this issue. I had to borrow $40 from my mother to purchase the correct card. I work at McDonald's on Thursdays and Fridays, only earning a limited income, so losing this money is significant to me.
