I had previously by accident ordered * straight phones and * phone plans on December **,****. I returned the phones by FedEx on December **, ****. I have yet to get my full refund. I have called ** times to get this issue resolved but no luck. I have proof of the amount owed, the employee (straight talk) C. McGuire in fact signed for the returned devices. Why should any refund take over * months, I feel as if I have been robbed and taken advantage of this company. No customer should have to call for * months straight with an unresolved issue. I do NOT want to have to hire a lawyer but I'm out of options. I want my refund now. It's a shame that a billion dollar company steals from individuals. If I could, in which, I may insist of getting a conference meeting with the news to get this on air. If you have taken advantage of me, how many others have been taken advantage of?!? I will take a stand and see to it that I get my full refund.
