I have just purchased two phones, I phone * s & galaxy J * crown. Both purchased from straight talk website. I also purchased two of the $** plans which I understand to be unlimited data text & talk and also** GB hotspot data. I am very upset and disgusted in the person who called herself Mary and was supposed to be the expert, I was angry because I do not have what I payed for in the plan the phones are good but the connection I paid for isn’t. I do not have the *g as advertised and I am lucky if I have one bar on both phones and as for the hotspot I am getting nothing as it is constantly searching going round and round. The lady hat called herself Mary hung up on me saying she would get back to me which sh never did. Yours frustrated Norma woody
