I just canceled my Straight Talk service I had Straight Talk on one phone and consumer cellular on the other phone but now they tell me that I won't have service for ** hours when I know the information could have been sent right that minute. Because your customer service was frustrated with me for being on the phone such a long time he delayed my transfer I want this fixed now
