Good evening-*My name is Daryl Johnson.*My cell phone number is: ***-***-****.*My cell phone model is: iPhone *.*My Cell phone IMEI * is: ***************.*I purchased the cell phone from Wal-Mart in Senatobia,Ms *****.*I called straighttalk this morning, November **, **** at **:** a.m.*I spoke with straighttalk representative Everitt.*The nature of my cell was as follows:*My cell phone has stopped charging and powering on. Everitt walked me through the steps of trying to get it restored to a working condition. None of the steps worked. He was very helpful, in trying to resolve the issue. He told me that he was going to process the documents to get me a replacement after he spoke we with his supervisor. I was then, put on hold. He came back shortly and said that straighttalk does not provide replacements for iPhones. My response was, " so are you telling me that straighttalk sells iphones, but do not provide replacements, in case something goes wrong with your phone". His response was, "yes, but I can connect you with an apple representative, to resolve your problem". After two unsuccessful attempts to connect with with apple, he then gave me the number(*-***-***-****), to call for myself, to get the issue resolved. That was a (quote,unqote) dead-end street as well. The apple representative(Jason) told me I either had to buy a new battery or a new iPhone. Nevertheless, I am writing to say that:*I am deeply disappointed because of the fact that I have the following services with Straighttalk:*(*) * lines:****-***-********-***-*****(*) Both lines are currently enrolled in Auto-Refill each month.*(*) We have been loyal customers with straighttalk for years.*Furthermore, I had to look and find my old straighttalk phone(IMEI * ***************), to reactivate it, just to have a phone to communicate. This is very disappointing because I had considered Straighttalk to be an upstanding mobile company, that puts their customers needs first. Please advise on sending me a new replacement phone. **Thank you in advance,*Daryl Johnson
