Last Sunday, my phone died so we tried to transfer my number to another phone. It wouldn't take the sim card as it was older so we bought a flip phone at Walmart and asked for our * to be transferred to the flip phone. We though it was successful but found out yesterday that I didn't have my old number but a new number. So this morning, I called again and tried to get a representative. I ended up pressing the request a new * button to try to reach a human being and then it just went forward, said it would be a few minutes and my phone would start up again with a NEW number. Now, my phone after over * hours is still not in service with ANY number at all. I need help.*I want my pnone to work with my original * which is ***-***-****. The MEID * for this phone is ***************. Please give me my * back. It's only been a week since they messed it up the first time.
