I've been on the phone fixed but yet it has not been done now I've been hung up one I've been fooling around and push then I've been told I was going to have to pay for a SIM card when I just bought a SIM card kit with the phone and all so I put out plenty of money now I was involved in all the refill which would have been $** plan it ahead to buy stupid SIM card and yet every time I make a call it says we detect a problem with your service you'd like to proceed in English please press one and it sends me to TracFone my service is crappy its won't let me do nothing on the internet signal strength underneath the set is -*** other than that I really don't know what else to tell y'all accepted I think y'all need to remedy this situation financially as well because it has cost me three days and now they're telling me it's going to be even more and I have to pay for it why should I have to pay for something outside
