*. Straight Talk Service, * * year service plan for the Phone purchased, a Samsung Galaxy J* SkyPro, * service was put on auto pay. **. The *st phone lasted *** days, as the J* screen grew a "blackout tower" that made the phone unusable. Trying to return it was impossible as the in-store service rep, "Alice" refused to go I've me a new phone. I told her that all printed info clearly stated I was to exchange it. I am a disabled senior who lives alone be and she insisted I was to ship it in and wait for a new one. Your reps, on the phone, agreed. I went home and couldnt call back*** if I had a medical emergency. **. I went back to Walmart store ***, the next day, and went to their customer service in front, rather than in dealing with a woman poorly trained for her job. The manager called to electronics, & told them to bring up another J*. I went home & activated it. I used it less than * months, & service stopped mid payment cycle. It was paid by auto pay yet you refused service and Alice and your reps on the phone refused service, return of funds, etc. **. I cannot accept your company stealing from me. This all happened between the beginning of March last year and the beginning of May. You endangered my life and stole be$** for the J* * $**.** for the * year service contract * credit for unused time of the billing cycle. **. When I realized Straight Talk did not care if my life was endangered, I went to another company. Please reimburse me ASAP or I must consult an Attorney.
