My phone was stolen and I asked for a rep to call me back but I didn't receive a call back and I have been trying to get a hold of someone for * weeks and calling you get put on hold for a long time and I don't have that kind of patience with sitting on hold for a three or four hour wait anymore and If I'm going to be treated like that I want the money back for the phone and the two or three months of my service with the company because I have been nothing but a good and respectful client and if you want to help me then I will just ask for a new phone too be shipped to me at no cost to me and it be ready to go but I have been waiting for three weeks and I have lost all my time because it will be out of time on the,**th of May and I know I won't get the time back because it is not your fault or problem
