After getting my new headphones I didn't bother getting the Steelseries software, but I eventually decided to. Then I ran into a problem, it wouldn't let me download the firmware update because it said it wasn't connected even though it was, so after trying a few different things I gave up. But it continued to badger me to update the "critical firmware". So I caved in and tried everything I could, eventually I got it only when I ran it as administrator and used a different USB cable. So I started downloading the critical firmware update. I went to go do some things and came back and it said "an error had occurred" and that I needed to reconnect my device. But it wouldn't let me reconnect. Then I thought that I would just have to go a bit longer without a firmware update. But now my headphones won't turn on... at all. I will be very disappointed if I paid $*** for headphones that break due to installing the company's firmware. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.
