I have the Steam Fatal Error. I opted into the beta as suggested by someone to get my games to download because they woultnt download after I bought them. When I did that, Steam stopped working and now when I try to open it I get the message "Steam needs to be connected to the internet to update. Please confirm your network connection and try again." Ive tried everything I could find. Nothing on the entire internet works and its been almost a week now since it happened. And Steam has no customer support and absolutely nothing on their site even remotely relating to this problem or solving it other than fixes that only worked on older versions of steam from years ago. Does Steam know how anyways to fix this. Do they even care? Because thats losing them money. They should know by now how to fix this. Please help me.
