If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I was talking to him, he said he would give me $*** from a "lucky pick". But I was skeptical & still got gypped. ... Well, my account got stolen, I have already changed my email's password. The guy even got me on Discord asking for TF* keys or unusuals (I don't have any). The person on steam goes by many names, I know his account as "Spy Sapping Mah Internet!!!" he's in Grand Prairie, Texas, United States & is at Level *. I tried to get it back via steam itself but it just says "You have exceeded the number of allowed recovery attempts. Please try again later." Now I just to get this guy banned at all costs before he gets into other peoples account.**My account is LazyTurtle (lazyturtle***)
He didn't even need to get my account much see from technology advancing so fast makes it easier for people like this to happen.
Ban this guy at all costs before he gets other peoples accounts before this even happened I saw that he has two of my friends so I need to tell them this ASAP.
