Find out WHY I was VAC banned In a game I didn't play (Aka CS:S) and why that effects Team Fortress *. ... A couple Years back I falsely recieved a VAC ban for a Game I didn't even have downloadet (CS:S). Thanks to this Vac Ban I was also banned from TF:*, a game I had *.*** HOURS put in aswell as ***$. I've so far even after years only gotten an automated comment from their E-mail Customer Support. I'd like to know exactly WHY I was banned, and why it won't let me appeal it since I know for a fact I didn't cheat and I never would. *This has caused me much stress and a total loss of over ****$ since my account is now basically useless and I get called A cheater in every game I join because people take one look at my profile and instantly believe "Vac does not ban cheaters unfairly" Even though it's proven that it does*Edit: Account Name "marvinatorisch" Currently named MadEyeCat.*I still have my Password and my email aswell as my phone number, all connected to my account*I was told by customer Support via E-mail that I was banned in CS:S (A game I have never played or even started up at the time) but not why.
I have lost about **** dollars as well as **** hours of my life for no reason as to my knowledge. My Steam customer support E-mail account has only received automated answers. What is also extremely frustrating is the fact that I've been lied to Via E-mail by customer Support. I was told that a VAC ban can not be removed which is provably false as false VAC bans have been removed before.
Either give me a justified reason as to why I was given the false Vac Ban or have it be removed entirely. I don't know what I did to cause this if I even did anything, but after years of me beeing banned, please. I just want to play again with my friends.
I've been on Steam for Five years, I have WELL over **** Hours of total playtime on my Steam account and put in WELL over **** Dollars. I used to play TF* in tournaments before the Comp mode was even out. I was a mod on the Panda community Servers which were one of the largest TF* Server providers around the world (not sure if they still are)
Tried contacting customer Support via E-mail but I eventually gave up after the automated responses started threatening me with banning my customer support account.
