I tried to log in through a browser. Having forgot my password, I was unable to get it in the required number of tries. I was able to use the forgot my password where I got it to send the code to my phone and was able to update the password. After updating the password, I am still locked out. I was trying to add something from totalwar.com. I can login using the new password on my steam client. When it still did not work last night, I tried again this morning. Still no avail. **If is baffling that this ONE item requires that you go through their website, rather than through the client, yet here we are.**My username is Dougwade*** and contact email is *****@***.com. I tried using * separate browsers (Chrome, Edge and Opera. I also tried it using Chrome on my phone. I have cleared my cache and tried to login directly, rather than through totalwar.com. I have logged in using this same computer and phone from this location (home) in the past. **Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
