There is no way to contact them to get a live individual to restore old accounts without access to previous emails. I haven't stolen or bought this game anywhere else. It is mine, I have the entire cd set with construction set and all the original maps and papers in the box and fold up book sleeves. I want to play my game on my new computer with the new steam name or I want a realistic way to recover an account without access to email registered to the original account. When I loaded it first and tried to remember my old user name so it asked for the product key, then I enter that and it says it will send an email to the address registered to that acct, but I don't even have the same service provider any longer.

GetHuman-atruth did not yet indicate what Steam Software should do to make this right.
