Hi there! Okay so here is my issue. I purchased a product or game by the name of “Hunt: Showdown” yesterday (July *, ****) @ *:** p.m. I played for approx. ** minutes, and realized I wanted a refund because of frame rate issues. What’s happening though is apparently the game comes with a test server. Well back in February, the game was in alpha development, and the game was given to me to test for free. I played about * hours and then the testing came to an end. “Hunt” soon fully released, and could no longer be played unless bought, at which point I had already uninstalled the alpha version anyways. So the * hours of alpha testing I’m assuming was transferred over as “test server hours”? But that was months before my purchase of $**.**, and once I purchased the game fully to see if the game had progressed in terms of optimization after a full release, it hadn’t for me. So I would like a refund if possible after only playing an hour after purchase. Thank you so much in advance! Have a great day!
