Help with my Steak and Shake issue

Drive thru order, paid and was asked to pull up where another car was already waiting. After ** minutes and watching two other cars get their food from the window an employee brings out my food. Before i could check it he was gone and back inside. Luckily I checked and and no surprise there were no fries. I went inside to ask for my missing fries and the manger proceed to give me a half full order and not offer an apology. I usually refuse to go S&S but the wife likes it, it’ll be an easy no from now on. This was the location on South Neil St, Champaign, IL.
