I was in an accident and I got my estimate called on Monday to make sure I had rental car included in my insurance waited on hold for a while and was told that I do. I call today two days later to make sure the rental car would be ready when I drop my car off tomorrow morning and was told that a rental car is not covered. I have already scheduled the drop off of my car and they have ordered the parts. I’m glad I didn’t drop my car off then called.
