If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle.

I was double billed by Starz.com and through my Roku account for this month* Help@Starz.com only told me to cancel my account through Roku, which I did, but I did not get a refund. Help@Starz.com does not respond to my multiple emails or Twitter message, and I can not reach them by phone despite being on hold over ***min. I can not cancel the Starz account online as Starz.com says to manage my account through Roku. My credit card shows $*.** charge both from Roku AND Starz. I am not getting any response or assistance from Help@Starz.com, only auto email saying to cancel online or to call. I want to cancel my Starz.com account and be reimbursed for the *nd $*.** charge Starz billed me.

I sent multiple emails to the help email and received auto-response only that did not resolve or answer my problem. I could not reach Starz by phone until calling at * AM and waiting on hold (after receiving message it was a *-minute hold) for ** minutes. I was able to speak with a rep who canceled the duplicate account on Starz and refunded my duplicate charge. I received a refund to my CC * days later. I hope my account through Starz.com is canceled as I have been told.
