Monday, ** November ******Dear Concerned Starbucks Persons,**I am writing after a frustrating hour of trying to get the above address to tell you about last night's frustrations with your Marble Falls store. The address (I'm assuming-since it is the only one online I could find-) -is *** Gateway Loop, Marble Falls, TX *****. i was not impressed with the shape of your store or the conduct of your employees last night around *:**-*:**pm (Sunday ********) I was embarrassed to have declared it the best of the Starbucks to my * sisters traveling with me to walk in and find nothing so good about it. I have frequented that particular store since it opened going and coming from home to the DFW relatives* there were no customers in front of me* there was a couple with their daughter in one corner with their drinks* the floors and counters were filthy, there were no cup holders to keep hands from being burned, which was ok since my "extra hot" drink was stone cold...One sister needed to use the restroom where she found no toilet paper or paper towels tho' there were * employees who might have been seeing to things. We were certain there was no manager among them. I ordered * tall Caramel Macchiatos and another one - asking it be made extra hot with * shots. When they were made with cold milk and had to be remade, only the girl who took the order remained to remake the drinks and she could not be bothered to interact with us, the customers but giggled and talked incessantly with her co-workers instead. She also could not bother to go get whole milk but decided lo-fat was good enough for us, even when we asked for better froth* she also put the merest dribble of caramel tho repeatedly asked for more* we had to add sugar because she could do nothing but ignore us. I never have to put sugar in my drink which is why I order what I do, the way I do.** We had our other sister with us in Granbury, TX on Sat. where we ordered * drinks, * of which were same as ordered last night* all of which were perfectly delicious with an incredibly busy store and staff of * kicking a-- professionally, pleasantly and efficiently serving their many patient customers. If their floors weren't clean, nobody knew it because it was completely covered with feet!**Both stores and all * employees represent you and there is a huge dichotomy between them* thought you should know. I also think my sisters should be given $** gift cards by way of, "please give us another try" and I'd like mine replaced. I also have a $** credit for card we lost--you sent email and i keep forgetting to print it before leaving house. You can send * $!* cards and one $** to me and i'll sneak them in Christmas stockings and forgive the embarrassment of looking like a liar. See address below. The girls working in Marble Falls should receive a reprimand and the * (maybe another support person in back) at Granbury Saturday morning (**ish) ought to receive commendations and thanks.**Now, the email address I've been given to send this to you after * chat attempts and a precious hour of my time is invalid! Really could use an update on that whole chat thing. And a means to follow up when disconnected prior to completing a satisfactory discourse....**Just sayin"....**Thanks for letting me report my latest best and worst of Starbucks.
