Get * in under * min ... Your store at Flower Hill in Del Mar, Ca. (Near Whole Foods Mkt) has always been, and continues to be, SLOW. Today it took ** minutes to get our coffee and I would say that is a typical delivery time. We go every Saturday, during our daughters tennis lesson, and plan on a **- ** minute delivery time. lThe problem is not the people, you can see them all working very hard. The problem is their process. Even when Brandon (former Mgr. at that location) worked at the store it was slow. Again, it was their process. Today there were * people at the register, * making the drinks. All of them were hustling but it was in vain. Love Starbucks, have been a shareholder for more than ** years. Team is hard working, their process is bad
Sending in a process team, for at least a week, to work with this location and help them improve delivery time.
Been a Starbucks customer FOREVER and will always be! God bless Herb!
