In March,****, I made a double payment of ***** for Basic bouquet mistakenly thinking the first payment wasn't successful. I waited till the expiration of the subscription so that it will continue into the next month as such I didn't bother to complain. That didn't happen as I had to pay again* meaning my ***** is still with Startimes unaccounted for. *Now,today,*st June,****, I made a payment of ***** which was deducted from my account but the subscription failed. Please,how can I get a refund of my money or get the subscription activated and my exctra ***** paid in March be refunded.*Acct name: Haruna Sunday*Thank you.
