Help with my St. Louis Post-Dispatch issue

Have been trying to get my paper delivered since July **th. Called they cancelled that subscription restarted the new subscription since I had never received the paper. Now since they restarted it I still have not received it. I have called cust serv and all I get is they will send msg to.mgr of carriers and will have it resent out. Last Sunday never got one said it would be out Monday. I was told the actual supervisor was making the deliveries by *:**. Still did not receive. Called again gave me a credit and now today I have not received and Alex from cust service who I talked with before tells me the same thing again. Tells me wait and give the supervisor a chance to resolve this. Well far as I see he has not resolved anything from last week why do I have to wait again.
