I've heard that Bill McClellan, a reporter from the Post-Dispatch, wants to support me by arranging a lawyer for me. I would greatly appreciate it if this is true. Will the lawyer reach out to me? Even if they are offering their services pro bono, I assume they would want to discuss the case with me first, right? If the lawyer is working pro bono, may I pay them in the event of a successful outcome? Perhaps I am being misled. I wonder if Mr. McClellan will contact me to confirm the validity of what I've heard. Please reach out to me with any updates. Thank you.

On January 25, I subscribed to online access for $59, which I now realize is unnecessary. My wife and I have been paper subscribers for over 30 years. She has online access, but I used to as well. It seems we both should have online access as regular paper subscribers. However, I am unable to use her email ([redacted]) and password (agingot) for access. I was informed that this should work, but it does not.
Please cancel the $59 charge from January 25 (Invoice WEB_[redacted]95) as I couldn't make it work either. I've spent a week trying to resolve this. The online help person was not helpful and just stated, "it should work." Kindly cancel the $59 charge and investigate why I cannot have the second access to the online iPhone version.

I have not received the Sunday paper again on 9/18/22. This seems to be a recurring issue as I have missed several weekend papers in the past few weeks. When the missed paper arrives the next day, it's not ideal as I end up with duplicate copies. There are also occasions where the paper is delivered very late in the day, which is also unacceptable. It's frustrating that it's challenging to contact your office promptly to address these problems and the resolution seems insufficient. If this continues, I will have to cancel my subscription. I believe the subscription fees should ensure daily morning delivery of my paper. I simply want to receive the service I am paying for. Looking forward to your response.
Thank you,
M.H.

I temporarily paused my subscription from Wed, Nov 23, to Mon, Nov 29. Despite numerous reports made since Thursday, Dec 2, about missing papers on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and today, Fri, Dec 2, all I receive are apologies and promises of refunds, which I don't desire. I've been a loyal subscriber for 50 years, but the paper's decline is disappointing. I'm considering canceling my subscription if the issue persists. Even my friend, whose Wall Street Journal subscription was supposed to resume today, is facing the same problem. It's frustrating not to receive the papers we've paid for. Please address this promptly. Thank you.

Hello,
I have experienced ongoing issues with the delivery of my newspaper this week. Four papers were missed, with three being redelivered, but I did not receive my Sunday morning paper.
I am disappointed with this service and would like to request that my carrier be notified. If the situation does not improve, I would appreciate it if my paper route could be assigned to a different carrier.
As a loyal Post Dispatch customer for over forty years, I value my subscription but will consider cancelling if the delivery problems persist.
Thank you,
Dena F.

I'm curious if your records indicate that I am subscribed full time or just on weekends? I've noticed that my recent payments were $[redacted].99 on two occasions, $[redacted].74 in August, and $[redacted].50 in May. I've only been receiving the service on weekends lately. Thank you for clarifying.

Recently, my newspaper delivery has been inconsistent. It used to be brought up to my garage due to my wheelchair, but lately, it's been left by the curb or behind the car in the driveway. I've had to rely on my neighbor to help bring it to me. I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but after being on hold for 30 minutes last week with no response, I have not been able to do so. Additionally, I used to receive the TV Weekly enclosed with my paper, but that has stopped as well. When I spoke with a representative, they mentioned it was labeled as "Undeliverable," likely due to the change in delivery method. I hope to resolve these issues promptly.

My mother-in-law passed away on May 3rd, and we recently discovered that the newspaper is still being delivered to Hawthone in Kirkwood, MO, where she resided. The nursing home is part of the Bethesda facility. Her name was Jean Boushard, and her account phone number is [redacted]. I was contacted regarding this issue, but nobody followed up with more details as promised. The nursing home mentioned they are unable to address this since the papers are delivered when no staff is present. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

About a week ago, I reached out to your Customer Relations team to express concerns regarding the delivery of our Post Dispatch. It appears there has been a switch in carriers. Living in a four-story building makes it hard to witness the actual delivery process. Several days each week, the building's lawn sprinkler system turns on in the early hours after the paper has been thrown. To avoid the paper getting damp, it is crucial that it is double wrapped with both ends securely closed. This was something the previous carrier used to do to prevent this issue. Regrettably, the new carrier has not maintained this practice.
