I received an email on ***** from ******@***.com* (SquareSpace Support team) stating "Restore Website.*We were unable to automatically renew your subscription because of a problem with your current payment method. We will make additional attempts to process your renewal, but your service may be interrupted.*To avoid a lapse in your subscription, please update your payment method. to ensure your business is optimized for success."**HOWEVER, I paid for my website and domain name until ******. I have email back on ***** and on *****. I have not received a response. **Lastly, the Squarespace LIVE CHAT has not been available on the website since *****. **Please, let me know the status of this issues ASAP as I do not want my websites disabled, as the email states this will happen. **Thank you!
