The issue in GetHuman-katecoll's own words
On April *, ****, I thought I had purchased (via Craigslist) * tickets to the May *th show of “Hamilton” in Houston. After much back and forth with the seller via text messages (I can provide if necessary) I was able to transfer the funds ($***.**) via square.com. We could not meet face to face as I live in the Woodlands (Montgomery County) and she told me she lived in the Austin area (Travis County), which the *** prefix to her cell phone number seemed to verify.**Once this was completed, the seller (Michelle Bailey) provided me with a copy of what she said was the UPS tracking number.*Later in the evening, I attempted to track this package with UPS software, only to be informed that the tracking number was not valid.*I immediately texted Ms. Bailey, who replied that she would follow up on this issue in the morning.**Despite several attempts via phone calls, texts, and e-mails she has not responded. I have tried reaching her NUMEROUS times in the past three months and she has not responded AT ALL. **On April *, ****, I thought I had purchased (via Craigslist) * tickets to the May *th show of “Hamilton” in Houston. After much back and forth with the seller via text messages (I can provide if necessary) I was able to transfer the funds ($***.**) via Circle.com, an internet banking service. We could not meet face to face as I live in the Woodlands (Montgomery County) and she told me she lived in the Austin area (Travis County), which the *** prefix to her cell phone number seemed to verify.*Inasmuch as I do not own a Debit Card, my daughter Katie Collins forwarded the funds to the seller, who acknowledged receipt. There is a string of e-mails between Katie, the seller, and the eventual internet bank they used. I can provide these e-mails, if needed. Her contact information is: Home: (***) ***-****, Cell: (***) ***-****, E-mail: *****@***.com.*Once this was completed, the seller (Michelle Bailey) provided me with a copy of what she said was the UPS tracking number.*Later in the evening, I attempted to track this package with UPS software, only to be informed that the tracking number was not valid.*I immediately texted Ms. Bailey, who replied that she would follow up on this issue in the morning.**Despite several attempts via phone calls, texts, and e-mails she has not responded.**Information I can provide on Michelle Bailey is her cell phone number: (***) ***- ****, and e-mail address: *****@***.com.**I NEVER received the tickets, and she has not responded. I had Bank of America investigating and their last communication with me stated "The merchant (SQUARE) does not want to accept our attempt to recover on your behalf. Please work directly with the merchant to arrive at equitable resolution."**This women stole $*** from me. I never received the play tickets and I need someone at Square to help me recover my hard earned money. **Thank you very much for your time.**Katie Collins ****-***-****
