Upgrade ... Sprint rep told me what I needed to do in order to receive **.** mo lease for iPhone ** pro max on my upgrade. I paid the buy out on current phone like she said but then was still unable to receive that offer. I have spoke with a multitude of reps over the past several days but each one has given me completely different info and nobody has resolved my problem. BAIT & SWITCH is not acceptable to me.
As a current long time customer of Sprint I have seen their customer service go from valuing our relationship and treating me as such to now being treated in the exact opposite manner. Being told lies, being ignored, not
